The wine honors Gino Friedmann, an early 20th-century figure who championed agricultural innovation and the cooperativemovement in the Modena area. Made with the Charmat method with a secondary fermentation in steel tanks to get the fine bubbles this wine is supple, sweet with white fruits and red berries. Fresh and Enveloping. Dry. Enjoy with small plates or breakfast with a nice chill!
