Return, Refund & Delivery Fulfillment Policy

ORDER RETURNS
Let’s keep it simple:

Alcohol and consumables (mixers, syrups, food, etc.) cannot be returned—whether bought in-store, online for pickup, or for delivery. That’s Tennessee law, not just us being sticklers.

That said, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or flawed product, call or email us within 7 days of purchase. We'll work with you to make it right.

Approved returns of alcohol (e.g., busted bottle, corked wine) will be honored with a replacement product or store credit—no cash refunds.

Non-alcoholic items like glassware, bar tools, books, etc. may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
We take our 60-minute delivery promise seriously—so once your order is in, we hustle.

Orders are processed and dispatched for delivery immediately. This means changes, edits, or cancellations may not be possible after checkout.

We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once your order is confirmed, because it’s probably already out the door (literally).

If you're trying to cancel, call us at (615) 807-1656 ASAP. We'll do our best, but again—no promises once your driver’s rolling.

If your order is successfully canceled before delivery, it may still be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any order that was delivered and signed for, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
