Winemaker Oliver Calliux is a 6th generation estate owner and winemaker. With its first vintage dating back to 1891. Aged in stainless steel this is a BONE dry white Bordeaux. Almost as awesome as a Sancerre, Bordeaux rivals in France as the place for Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy with a nice chill with some starters or on the porch!
