La Beche Regnie Beaujolais 750ml
Olivier Depardon is the 7th generation to farm Domaine de la Bêche, founded in 1848 deep in the hills of Beaujolais. Regnie is a higher appellation in the Morgon region that goes back 2000 years, the grapes are destemmed then whole berries are fermented with natural yeasts before aging for 6 months in concrete! Enjoy on a nice cool evening with a slight chill!
