Located in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Stratus Vineyards is a gravity-flow winery. Their winemaker, J-L Groux, trained in the vineyards of Burgundy and Bordeaux. Stratus focuses on bringing the best wines Canada has to offer to the table. This wine is aged in french oak barrels for 2 years before bottling. Decant and enjoy with dinner! Sustainable. Vegan.
