This is a very fun red blend from ontario that consists of, 31% Cabernet Franc, 21% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petit Verdot,4% Tannat, 3% Syrah, 2% Malbec. Stratus really focuses in on how they produce all their wines and maintain as little handling as possible. The wine spends just about 2 years in used oak before being bottled. Sustainable. Vegan.
