Inspired by the constellation Hercules, the giant red is Rasalgethi. Hercules is known as "the Hero" after completing "thetwelve labours". The fruit is grown in what they called Tukulu which is decomposed granite. Hand picked at peak harvest towards the end of March in 2022 before a basket press and into French oak for 24 months. Expect a fruit forward wine with balanced structure and vibrant acidity gives this wine a well-rounded lingering finish. Enjoy slightly chilled!
