Jean-Baptiste Laherte set up the family estate in 1889, planting most of the vines in the village of Chavost, which was to become Chavot. Coming from 35 year old vines this champagne is a perfect example of a blanc de blanc. Disgorged by hand and they have 0 dosage. All natural fermentation. This wine rocks plenty of orchard fruits and nice bready qualities.
