The Parra brothers farm two Demeter certified Biodynamic vineyards near the town of Las Mesas in central Spain. The winemaker is a local friend whose own wines get rave reviews. Hand harvested grapes are fermented in tank and barrel and rest for 4-6 months in stainless steel before bottling. A light-medium bodied dry red wine with medium acidity, light tannin and a soft finish of black cherry, raspberry and licorice. Organic. Vegan.
