Jean Luc was credited with his own domaine in 1991. Mainly focusing on white wines his reds aren’t to be scoffed at. Very similar to Trousseau, Pinot is also grown in this region. Do not underestimate this wine, Delightfully easy to drink and delicate on the palate. This is de-stemmed and fermented spontaneously in steel, then raised in primarily neutral 228L and 500L barrels. Enjoy with aged cheeses and chocolate.
